Candles and Team Training Forum
The ability to facilitate training and teaching
our team members how to market their candles without
issues commonly associated with free forums or groups was
very important. I was personally extremely
frustrated with the Yahoo groups I was a member of
because there was not a cohesive to organize the posts or
the files and there were always issues with
downloads.
Our Forum is without a doubt one of the best
tools that the team has in place. Starting a
business with Candles is easy, but we know how confusing
it can be to get your new Candle Business going.
This was the driving force in purchasing a professional
forum to assist with training as well as provide a safe
place where they can have open discussions about our
products and share ideas.
This forum was opened for posting on March 16 of
2007 and just 6 weeks later the forum already had over
400 posts! And the number of posts is climbing
daily!
The information is well organized and easy for
team members to locate using the simple search feature
within the software.
Our members do not have to struggle with the
archaic free systems that other teams use. You
subscribe to the threads that are of interest to
you. You also have the ability to communicate
privately with your team, team leaders and other members
of the forum.
We have many different forums and
threads already well established within the
software. Team participation is a requirement to
ensure that everyone gives back to the resources that are
available there.
Our Leaders are immerging within this forum and
it's very satisfying to see a huge amount of personal
growth as well as team growth in such a short
time. We contribute it to being able to place
the necessary information and tools for building a
business and a team in one well organized
place.
