Our gourmet candles burn cleaner than traditional counterparts.  While every candle is capable of producing black soot, our candles are made from a blend of Vegetable waxes.  This blend produces a Gourmet quality candle that has a lower melt point than its traditional counterparts.  The lower melt point causes our wax to form a pool which allows the candle to burn evenly and cleanly with virtually no black soot.

The lower melt point also allows for a complete burn. That means as it burns, you will not have a wax tunnel down the middle of your scented jar candle with the majority of the wax stuck on the sides of the jar.
